To obtain access to COLI Online, you will need an Internet access provider
and a browser that supports Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) -- a security technology that encrypts
or disguises data, preventing data from being read by others. Browser programs that support SSL
include Netscape Navigator(version 4.0 or higher), or Microsofts Internet
Explorer(version 4.0 or higher). If you are already using Netscape Navigator or
Microsoft Internet Explorer software, Windows users can check the version number by clicking on
HELP on the far right side of the menu bar, and then selecting About Netscape/Internet
Explorer... ; Macintosh users can find out about their product from the
Apple® menu.
It is important to note that for your security, COLI Online recommends you
upgrade your browser to the highest level of encryption available (128 bit). U.S. citizens can
download the latest version of the 128-bit browsers, available for free from
Netscape and
Microsoft.*
Once you've downloaded the appropriate browser, return to our login page to access
your information.
