Spacer Welcome to COLI Online

To obtain access to COLI Online, you will need an Internet access provider and a browser that supports Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) -- a security technology that encrypts or disguises data, preventing data from being read by others. Browser programs that support SSL include Netscape Navigator™(version 4.0 or higher), or Microsoft’s Internet Explorer™(version 4.0 or higher). If you are already using Netscape Navigator or Microsoft Internet Explorer software, Windows users can check the version number by clicking on HELP on the far right side of the menu bar, and then selecting “About Netscape/Internet Explorer...” ; Macintosh ™ users can find out about their product from the Apple® menu.

It is important to note that for your security, COLI Online recommends you upgrade your browser to the highest level of encryption available (128 bit). U.S. citizens can download the latest version of the 128-bit browsers, available for free from Netscape and Microsoft.*

Once you've downloaded the appropriate browser, return to our login page to access your information.

Additional Information...

In addition to the aforementioned browser requirements, you will need to ensure that the following settings are enabled on your browser:

  • Accept Cookies, or warn before accepting a cookie.
  • Enable Java Script
  • Enable SSL (v2) or SSL (v3)

To understand how to update the security and advanced Internet options on your browser, please visit the customer service and/or technical support areas of your browser manufacturer’s Web site -- Netscape or Microsoft.
